A.C.T. is also a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) certified builder. As such we have been trained with a view towards universal design principles for those that are handicapped or elderly. We specialize in designing homes that can meet the needs of those with limited mobility and wheelchair access without sacrificing any of the beauty of your new custom home.
