Sitting on top of a hill overlooking a tree farm, this home was designed and built with family living and entertaining in mind. Everything was meticulously thought out and positioned for the home to function for decades to come. This home featured a master bedroom on the main level with the additional bedrooms on the upper level. The kids room were placed over the garage on the opposite end of the home from the master bedroom—allowing them to be rambunctious and loud without disturbing the anyone below. The open, flowing floor plan allows for entertaining large groups of friends and family with room to spare. There are many unique features that set this home apart from the rest. From the copper hood and brick backsplashes to the teak floor and custom bench in the master shower, our team focused on each and every detail to make this home a comfortable for its owners for years to come. The most unique feature of them all, however, would have to be the powder bath. Our team sourced and used reclaimed and repurposed materials to create a space like no other.
