Here at A.C.T. Builders, LLC. we have a vast array of skills and an extensive network of trade professionals allowing us to take on any job. Our primary focus is on custom residential projects, focusing on the design and build process. While this is our main focus, we continue to take on a diverse range of other projects. Having custom work as our main focus makes it very easy to diversify and take on anything from a ground up custom home to commercial tenant improvements and everything in-between. Over the past decade we have completed hundreds of projects: homes, remodels, tenant improvements, swimming pools, manufacturing facilities, and even a shooting range. We continue to look for new and different projects and continuously improve on our base skills.

Home Remodeling Services

Over time styles change, things wear out, you simply want a change, you want to make your new house more your style. With over 30 years of experience there isn't anything that we haven't seen or overcome. We work with you to identify the needs of the home and your desires to transform your home into the space you always wanted. Remodeling is one of the most difficult things to do in construction and one of our greatest skills. From kitchens and bathrooms to the entire home we have the skills and the team that will make the process enjoyable and deliver fantastic results.

Home Additions

Room additions need to look like they grew there. Whether it is simply extending a gable or adding a wing, we can help you create a space that everyone will assume had been there the whole time. Between our vision and experience, we have to skills to help you create the perfect space.

Commercial Construction

Tenant improvements, office build-outs, retail spaces, storefronts, and light industrial. These are some of the things that we have done in the past and will continue to do in commercial construction.
