The last month has tested our limits. We have completed the new AEROSOLES shoe store in Woodburn OR at the company stores. We also did a whirlwind weekend renovation of an eye doctors office. Both of these projects had tight timelines to stick to and we came through with flying colors. at the same time we were working on an addition in Woodland WA. The final project that got underway last month was an office tenant improvement in Gresham OR. We are very excited to have a custom home and some larger remodels coming up in the next few months.
Now that we are head long into the summer here in the Northwest we are begin gin to get the summer jobs. This week has a reside of a house in Centralia in store. We are also laying out the foundation location for a new home in woodland and will be beginning a room addition in woodland as well. Things in Gresham are wrapping up this week with the stucco repairs and repaint of the building on Kelly ST. We also, finally, recieved the correct backsplash for the bathroom remodel in Ridgefield. Sites like Houzz and Pinterest llow for people to look up pictures and ideas for what they wish to accomplish around their home. Now that the unofficial land official start of summer is here the phone is ringing off the hook, or maybe i should say that our email is blowing up. Either way it appears that we are going to experience another summer of long hours and great projects. This week will be finished with plenty of fencing. We will be adding a fence around the Winchester yard in portland as well as across the back of the Kelso speck house. We are excited about all we have accomplished so far with the kelso house and the progress that has been made. We will be 100% completed with the Kelso house this week meaning that we had completed the construction of the house from start to finish in under 2 months. Good news. WE only have the concrete and carpeting left to do to complete the Kelso house. We will be completed with the house this next week. We are also going to complete the Ridgefield bath remodel this next week as well as the winchester deck. things are rolling on and we keep moving.
This week has been a very active week. We have finally been blessed with the combination of good weather and a decent temperature allowing us to start the stucco and paint repairs at our Gresham commercial project. We have also completed all of the painting at the Kelso house and are going to wrap up all of the painting at the Esther Street location. It has been a short week but we have done very much work.
As we are heading into the summer time it is important to begin planning for the improvements that you are planning for your home. No matter how big or small your home improvement budget is you will be able to stretch it further will appropriate planning. This week we are rolling on with the drywall at the kelso house. if the weather will ever cooperate we will be able to roll on with the new steps on Wistaria. There are also several other jobs waiting in the wings that we will be starting in the next few months.
We are extremely pleased with the projects that we currently have and those that are n the horizon. Now that the weather is cooperating we are going to be able to complete the Vancouver commercial job on Esther ST. We are also moving forward this week with the new stairs to the Deck that we completed this winter as well as the kitchen area on the deck and the BBQ area.
